Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager Mother/Baby! $15,000 Sign On Bonus!
Manager Days and Manager Nights open! Ability to lead a large team, Charge Nurses & Supervisors help support this leader. Department has 4 CNCs who directly support the Manager and there are also relief charge nurses. Will have a team of 80 FTE's and reports to the AVP Women’s Services.
Qualifications:
- 3+years Supervisor level experience managing the responsibilities of people and engagement in Process improvements) RECENT ACUTE CARE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN Mother Baby Unit Required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Advanced degree, preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card.
- NRP Required.
