Position: Operations & Marketing Assistant
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations & Marketing Assistant to join their team!
This is a high-energy, fast-paced opportunity with a tight-knit team that’s passionate about building outstanding software products. As the Operations Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly — from supporting the CEO and maintaining office organization to coordinating recruiting efforts and planning engaging events. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, creativity, and variety in their day-to-day. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO
Coordinate candidate interviews and assist in recruiting logistics
Order supplies and gear; maintain office organization and efficiency
Plan, organize, and execute company events and team activities
Manage various special projects with energy and creativity
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
High energy and ability to bring enthusiasm to all tasks
Independent thinker and resourceful problem solver
Strong interest in the software and technology space
Exceptional work ethic and drive
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience in photography or videography
Previous event planning and execution experience
Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments
