About The Company

• Perennial Roofing is a Central Texas based, veteran owned and operated company. We structured our business around our contractors, not our clients. We thoroughly believe that by providing the best possible work environment, and highest compensation possible to our contractors, that our clients will by default have the best treatment and experience as well. We give all the necessary tools to be successful to our contractors, and focus our administrative efforts heavily on contractor support systems.

• This role is to be filled by an individual with high tenacity, and a desire to escape the modern rat race. Your ability to build relationships with strangers and turn them into friends will drive your income. You will decide when and where you want to work with the systems, guidance, and suggestions from management, that give you the confidence to operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed findings.
• Present and explain roofing options to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the internal team for project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• No construction or sales experience required, just a teachable can-do attitude.
• Sales, roofing, or construction experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve personal goals.
• Physical ability to inspect roofs (climbing ladders).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn (training provided).
