Outside Sales Representative

This is an outside sales position at a well-established (30+ years) local roofing & siding company that is expanding, again!

Our compensation package for your first-year earnings will be between $50K to $100K through a combination of base salary, commission, 401K contributions and paid bonus. Your hard work and drive to succeed is the key to your earnings power. Dedicated and hard-working sales reps can easily earn a six-figure salary their 1st full year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Selling Residential Roofing & Siding Systems while utilizing company CRM software.
• Attend scheduled appointments with potential clients and referral sources.
• Consult with prospective customers and show products tailored to their specific needs.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Represent company at industry and company events.

Qualifications the ideal candidate should possess

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
• Highly effective communication skills – oral and written.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Able to carry and climb an extension ladder to access roof.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed .
• Organizational skills and effective time management in a semi-autonomous environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record to insurance underwriters.
• No fear of heights.
