What does a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) do?

• Provide full range of care in interdisciplinary environment.
• Document and chart patient care accurately
• Ensure residents and their families receive the highest levels of care
• Providing hygiene care*, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities
• Providing assistance with daily tasks*, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transport

 

What are the requirements to enroll in the paid training class?

• Must have the ability to attend in person training at 1 Penn Blvd, Phila PA 19144, Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm for 4 weeks
• Desire to provide compassionate and quality care to seniors
• Interest in making a difference in the lives of those you serve
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work cooperatively with a larger team to provide the best patient care
• Excellent time management
• Two step interview process
• Complete all pre employment screening
