Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced painting professional for our beautiful 423-unit community, The Broadway! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The painter reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and indirectly to the Community Manager.
• Prepares walls and paints; performs drywall repairs and other related duties as directed.
• Apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and other structures by performing the following duties.

  QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of knowledge and demonstrated skills in performing quality drywall repairs; paint and varnish application.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations relative to identified responsibilities; ability to read and interpret MSDS information relative to materials used in performing assigned duties.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work; able to use required tools and machinery; professional interaction with co-workers, residents and vendors.
• High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills a must!
• Ability to work weekends required.

Salary range is $27.00-$28.25/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
