Job Description

Barrington James is currently working with a research site looking for a physician/ Principal Investigator for a part time contract.

The successful candidate would have previous experience as a principal investigator and within psychiatry.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants throughout clinical trials.
• Supervise site personnel to ensure compliance with safe trial procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and analyze screening failures, safety concerns, and participant retention rates.
• Oversee clinical evaluations and assessments related to trial studies.
• Act as a primary liaison with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and study sponsors.
• Adhere to study protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active medical license within Nevada
• Ideally 2 years experience as a principal investigator or sub investigator- training can be given
• Must have a doctorate
