A top, nationally recognized boutique Wealth Management firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our growing team as a Planning Analyst. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with strong analytical skills. This role involves providing technical support in developing detailed financial plans and preparing for internal reviews. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop and update detailed financial plans, including tax modeling and projections, for high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and prepare customized reports for internal reviews.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to create tailored investment strategies and recommendations.
• Support equity compensation planning and analysis for clients.
• Prepare and distribute performance reports, statements, and other relevant documents for internal use.
• Support special projects and initiatives to improve client services and operational efficiency.
• Offer behind-the-scenes support to advisors, ensuring the smooth execution of client-related activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to translate technical concepts for internal stakeholders
• Highly organized, efficient, and skilled in workflow management
• Self-Motivated and curious
• Interest in growth within the firm

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, Finance, Accounting, or a Related Field
• CFP Certification Preferred, or currently pursuing
