Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to identify and fulfill commercial plumbing and HVAC procurement needs.
• Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain competitive bids and secure essential materials and equipment.
• Manage subcontract agreements, ensuring all contracts are finalized before project initiation.
• Maintain an expediting log to track equipment delivery times, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
• Oversee timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to equipment or materials to prevent project delays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific equipment and materials.
• Proven ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple purchasing tasks efficiently.
• Local and stable work history required.
