Postpartum and Newborn Nurse  

• Responsibilities : In this role, you will care for mothers during their postpartum period and assist with the immediate care of newborns. You will monitor maternal health, assist with breastfeeding, and provide support for emotional recovery. You will also assess newborn health, perform routine screenings, and provide education to parents on caring for their newborns. Collaboration with the healthcare team will be key to ensuring both mother and baby’s health is optimized. 

• Required Skills : In-depth knowledge of postpartum care, newborn assessments, effective communication, and the ability to educate and support families. 

• Qualifications : RN with experience in postpartum and newborn care.
