Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance our brand reputation, manage media relations, and drive positive public engagement. This role requires a creative and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of media landscapes

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of integrated PR strategy and campaigns that align with business objectives and elevate the brand’s reputation.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams (Integrated Marketing Communication, Social, Influencer, Media Buy, etc.) to create and distribute engaging content, including press release, media alerts, brand book, media Q&A and story pitches tailored to diverse audiences and media outlets.
• Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists in the US to generate press coverage.
• Media Monitoring: Track and analyze media coverage, reporting on PR campaign performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, ideally with experience in the US market of consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of major US media in technology, lifestyle, and smart home sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with PR tools and software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, etc.) and basic media monitoring tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including integrated Marketing Communication, Social, Influencer, Media Buy, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
