Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its client's Private Equity Group in our Miami office. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments and other general corporate matters. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the state of Florida Experience Minimum 3 years of private equity experience. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
