We’re looking for a seasoned Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives for a high-impact public sector project. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX , and offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change through process optimization and system enhancement.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and improve existing business processes
- Design and implement optimized workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system requirements
- Support change management and adoption of new processes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in process evaluation and optimization
- 1+ year (preferred) in specifying software/system requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in public sector or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus
- No C2C or C2H candidates will be considered.
