Job Description

JOOLA is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you will support product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success, analyze data to inform decisions, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with Product Managers to define goals, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute product initiatives.
  • Coordinate with factories and vendors throughout product development.
  • Lead sample assembly, organize reviews with stakeholders, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure timely project delivery by managing communication and milestones.
  • Demonstrate a “no job too small” attitude and take a proactive approach to solving development issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

Market & User Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Work with the research team to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.

Tools & Technology

  • Manage product data using Centric PLM software.
  • Track project timelines via Monday.com.
  • Analyze reports and data using NetSuite (ERP).

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience of product management in consumer goods, business analysis, or a related role

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Centric PLM, Monday.com, or NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of table tennis (a bonus, not required).
