Job Description

Contract to hire opportunity available for a Product Manager to drive the development of an enterprise product roadmap while mentoring and coaching a team of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide leadership for a team of 5-6 people
• Develop and establish a comprehensive enterprise-level product roadmap , aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers in roadmap development, product strategy, and Agile best practices .
• Navigate complex, heavily regulated environments with well-defined processes, ensuring compliance while maintaining speed-to-market for production releases.
• Drive Agile and Product Management maturity , implementing best practices for enterprise product teams .
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to advance Agile adoption and streamline product management processes .

Qualifications:

• Enterprise experience in large-scale, process-driven organizations, ideally in highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop and implement product roadmaps at an enterprise level.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies , product management frameworks, and coaching teams on best practices .
• Experience managing product delivery in regulated environments , balancing compliance with innovation.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing product teams .

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $70.00 - $80.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
