Title: Product Manager

Location : Tualatin, OR

Duration : 3+ months contract with possible extension

Rate : $60 to $90/hr on W2

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Product Manager to support an important product line at Lam. In this temporary role, you will serve as a product owner, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and product development efforts. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and program management teams to ensure configurations align with customer needs, drive cost and quality improvements, and support the delivery of new material and features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in a cross-functional team to ensure accurate product configurations that meet customer requirements
• Understand and apply product option architecture concepts
• Drive implementation of customer-specific configurations for system shipments
• Assist in planning and forecasting new developmental material, ensuring timely delivery to support shipments and field deployment
• Collaborate with product management to prioritize engineering projects and support new product and feature development
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving product cost efficiency and quality
• Support issue resolution and conduct analysis for product management
• Manage and execute smaller-scale projects independently

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive projects to completion with increasing independence
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP or the ability to quickly learn new software tools and workflows
