Job Description

Our client, a leader in aerospace & defense manufacturing, is looking to hire a Transformation Program Manager. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Everett, WA.

*This is a 1-year contract opportunity with benefits!*

As a Transformation Program Manager, you will support the Aircraft Interiors Program in driving changes, as well as with managing and lead all phases of the program. This includes initial development phase, qualification testing, and delivery of certified product to support entry-into-service (EIS) for new airline customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, or Engineering
  • Prior experience in Program/Project Management & Leadership Experience
  • Experience leading development programs through to production
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing OEM development programs, especially within the aerospace industry
  • Prior people leadership and team management experience

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support and lead all phases of aircraft interiors programs including development, testing, certification, and delivery
  • Collaborate with integrated product teams (IPTs) across engineering, operations, supply chain, and production
  • Assist with daily program cadence and key reviews such as schedule tracking, PMRs, IPT reviews, and decision milestones
  • Monitor program documentation, deliverables, and contract compliance
  • Partner with production teams to meet delivery timelines and escalate risks as needed
  • Own the implementation and guidance of risk and opportunity management practices
  • Act as the central decision-maker for the IPT; use critical thinking to navigate ambiguous data
  • Organize and facilitate program reviews, team meetings, and stakeholder communications
