Serenity Health Services (SERENITY) is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered services. This role focuses on overseeing in-home and community-based care for children and adults with mental health conditions, substance use disorders (SUD), and/or developmental disabilities (IDD/DD) across Merced County and nearby areas.

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and support services across home, school, and community settings for clients with complex behavioral health and developmental needs.
• Supervise a diverse team, including licensed clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists, and paraprofessionals.
• Manage the client care process, including intake, assessment, treatment planning, service coordination, and discharge.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings; provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal documentation standards, DHCS guidelines, and program-specific contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with schools, hospitals, Regional Centers, county departments, and community-based organizations to ensure integrated care.
• Track program performance metrics, lead quality assurance activities, and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide direct clinical support during crises and deliver services when necessary.
• Assist with program development, contract reporting, and expansion initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• At least 3 years of post-licensure experience, including supervision or program management roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with children, adults, and families with mental health and co-occurring SUD diagnoses.
• Knowledge of services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and coordination with Regional Centers.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CalAIM, and community-based behavioral health models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with Wraparound, EPSDT, and other community-based care models.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal billing, documentation, and California’s behavioral health systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Hmong, or other threshold language(s).
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
