Job Description

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead and execute strategic projects in the medical sector, with a focus on operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and experience in advanced manufacturing, including extrusion and automation processes. This position is based in the United States and involves frequent business travel.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Lead process and product characterization to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
  • Manage the development and implementation of projects from concept through to full operational launch.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in production lines, including equipment needs assessment, procurement, installation, and validation.
  • Ensure operational efficiency of production lines through data analysis, technological solutions, and Lean methodologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, quality, production) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Apply Six Sigma tools (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) for continuous improvement and process variability reduction.
  • Oversee industrial automation projects and optimization of extrusion processes.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations in both English and Spanish.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the medical or advanced manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in extrusion and process automation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required by the project.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and agile methodologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-English)
  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
