Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions, including debt and tax equity financing for renewable energy projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, returns, and risk analysis.
- Conduct due diligence, working closely with legal, technical, and development teams.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners.
- Monitor financial performance of projects post-financing, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and financing structures in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of renewable energy project finance structures , tax equity, and debt financing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
