Role Description

Phaze Electric is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial or industrial project management and can effectively lead teams, manage costs, maintain schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of electrical projects from award to closeout
• Develop detailed project schedules and manpower plans
• Lead weekly job cost reviews and forecast labor and material needs
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Ensure compliance with all NEC, OSHA, and jobsite safety standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
• Track project financials, material procurement, and AIA billing timelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical project management
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, construction schedules, and job cost tracking
• Experience managing projects exceeding $500K in contract value
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and submittals
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
