CSA Construction, Inc. is a Texas based general contractor specializing in waterworks construction projects for public and private entities. With more than 40 years of experience in nearly every type of treatment facility, we are capable of a simple pump replacement, a complete plant rehabilitation or new greenfield facilities. As a self-performing contractor, all of our Employees from estimators to carpenters are proficient in all aspects of treatment plant construction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater located in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing logistics, overseeing projects, and ensuring efficient project management processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 8-12 years experience specifically in water/waste water treatment plant construction
• Knowledge of water works construction with an emphasis on mechanical and piping skill sets
• Extremely detail oriented when reviewing plans, specifications and project submittals.
• Ability to manage a project from the bidding phase to the final completion phase
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required
• Self-starter whom can manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of construction
• Proficient in creating and maintaining a project schedule using Primavera P3 or Microsoft Project
