SanDow Construction, Inc. is preparing to lead a high-value Roofing IDIQ contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG)and are actively seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM)who meets the following mandatory qualifications :

• Holds a current Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification ,
• Has held the RRO certification for at least three (3) years , and
• Possesses a valid Construction Quality Management (CQM)for Contractor’s certificate.

This is a high-visibility Federal program involving ongoing task orders over five years, with the Army estimating approximately $22M of annual roofing scope ($130M over five years).
