Job Description:

Qualifications, Duties & Responsibilities:

• Travel: Enterprise Technicians Travel Regionally & Nationwide approximately 80% of the time to
• deliver our services at the quality level our clients have come to expect. Technicians do and are
• expected to travel for multiple days but not usually more than a week at a time.
• Data Center Experience
• o 1 Year Experience is a plus.
• o Physically de-racking and/or re-racking of Network, Storage, Server assets (Rack & Stack)
• o Cable Removal – within Rack, above and below racks.
• o Rack Removals
• o Know Data Center Protocols for the intention of knowing how to complete project scopes while
• onsite.
• Office Decommissioning and Relocations
• Ability to work in physically intense projects & environments.
• ComptiaA+ Certification is a plus.
• Erasure – Experience in wiping hard drives utilizing 3rd party software such as Blancco or EPS is a plus.
• Intermediate PC Skills – MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work
• efficiently under supervision Can Do Attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols when handling sensitive
• information or equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as required.
• Ability to multitask.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.
