Job Description:
Qualifications, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Travel: Enterprise Technicians Travel Regionally & Nationwide approximately 80% of the time to
- deliver our services at the quality level our clients have come to expect. Technicians do and are
- expected to travel for multiple days but not usually more than a week at a time.
- Data Center Experience
- o 1 Year Experience is a plus.
- o Physically de-racking and/or re-racking of Network, Storage, Server assets (Rack & Stack)
- o Cable Removal – within Rack, above and below racks.
- o Rack Removals
- o Know Data Center Protocols for the intention of knowing how to complete project scopes while
- onsite.
- Office Decommissioning and Relocations
- Ability to work in physically intense projects & environments.
- ComptiaA+ Certification is a plus.
- Erasure – Experience in wiping hard drives utilizing 3rd party software such as Blancco or EPS is a plus.
- Intermediate PC Skills – MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work
- efficiently under supervision Can Do Attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols when handling sensitive
- information or equipment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as required.
- Ability to multitask.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.
