This role offers an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy, excellent resident satisfaction, and full compliance with PHA and HUD regulations.
Job Summary:
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of properties under PHA management. This includes managing tenant relations, staffing, budgeting, and maintenance, ensuring that properties comply with PHA standards and HUD regulations. You will lead the leasing and maintenance teams, manage financial activities, and ensure that Section 3 opportunities are prioritized.
