As a Quality Engineer with Hyper Solutions you will support the business by ensuring product quality expectations from our customers are met under the environment of contract manufacturing. This position is responsible for defining production quality standards by creating production specifications, control processes, and procedures and developing product requirements rules for a contract manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
• Determine key quality compliance factors for manufacturing partners.
• Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing
processes, products, and production equipment.
• Make sure processes adhere to quality standards defined by Hyper Solutions.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Assess quality systems maturity level for our manufacturing partners and support improvement activities.
• Lead the Customer Quality Management Process which include Quality Complaint Management (CQM), Return of Material Approval (RMA), etc.
• Collect and analyze data to keep Quality Key Performance Indicators up to date.
• Create quality inspection standards and procedures, forms, and reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent business discipline
• Minimum of five years (5+) of related experience inclusive of managing third party quality assurance.
• Expertise with ERP systems a must. NetSuite experience a plus.
• Experience in leading continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean and 5S methodologies where appropriate.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Electrical Testing Knowledge / Experience.
• Experience on Contract Manufacturing Quality Assurance.
