Job Description
RETS Associates is representing the world’s leading real estate private equity firm in the search for an &##120276;&##120320;&##120320;&##120316;&##120304;&##120310;&##120302;&##120321;&##120306; to join their Asset Management team in Washington, DC. The Associate will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving asset-level strategy, financial performance, and reporting.
This is a competitive, high-exposure role for top performers with 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or analysis . The firm is prioritizing candidates who graduated between 2021 and 2023 and bring a strong academic and professional foundation.
*Advanced degrees may be considered but are not preferred .
&##128736; Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed Excel models, including capital structure and waterfall calculations
• Create sensitivity models to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in leasing and development calls to inform asset strategy
• Prepare quarterly valuations and investor reporting
&##128204; Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with a 3.5+ GPA
• 2–4 years of direct experience in CRE asset management or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch (modeling test required)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and executive presence
• Argus experience is a plus
