MAIN OBJECTIVE:

As our Sales Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brokerages future by recruiting toptier talent. You will be responsible for identifying engaging and onboarding both novice agents looking to start their careers and seasoned professionals ready to elevate their success. Your outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere that attracts potential candidates. Additionally you will manage a working list of candidates and take the initiative to cold call potential recruits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Sourcing: Actively source and recruit real estate agents through networking social media industry events and job fairs.

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling to generate interest and schedule interviews.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates creating a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates through interviews skill assessments and personality fit to ensure alignment with our brokerage culture and goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the productivity coach to understand training needs and facilitate seamless onboarding for new agents.

Brand Ambassadorship: Promote our brokerages values culture and benefits to attract top talent and enhance our reputation in the industry.

Event Coordination: Organize and host recruitment events open houses and informational sessions to engage potential recruits.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our brokerage as a top choice for agents.

Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on the progress of recruitment initiatives.

OVERVIEW:

  • Proven experience in recruiting preferably in the real estate or sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and the qualities that make successful agents.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly social and outgoing with the ability to engage and inspire a crowd.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential recruits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • EXTREMELY strong closing skills.
  • Passion for selling with an enthusiastic and selfstarting approach.
  • Wellorganized serviceminded with good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily weekly and monthly productivity and sales quotas.
  • Follow a script and be able to learn objection handling at a high level.
  • Disciplined about time.
  • Understand and adhere to local state and federal laws regarding real estate services.
  • Possess a high energy strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic positive cando attitude over the phone and in person.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position is in office (Rural/60 until Dec 2024 then 64th Street/McDowell Road).
