Receptionist – Riverside, Onsite (Mon-Fri) – ASAP Start – Temp to Hire

Pay Rate : $25.00/hour

Schedule : Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

Our client, a reputable automotive company, is urgently seeking a motivated receptionist for a temp-to-hire position with an immediate start. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong customer service skills, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
• Manage office supply orders and swag for events
• Organize and coordinate lunch meetings, including catering and room setups
• Handle internal email communications with the team
• Provide general front office support, including answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining office cleanliness
