Job Description

Our client, a prestigious venture capital firm, is seeking a go-getter who can thrive is a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. This is an amazing opportunity to work with leading industry professionals.

Salary Range:

$60,000-$90,000 base salary + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for practical aspects of the office
  • Open & close the office each day, including ensuring a smooth transition to after-hours security
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests at reception and throughout the office
  • Support the teams’ office needs
  • Manage, order, and stock office supplies, snacks, beverages and equipment
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and IT
  • Work with Ops team to monitor reception and office budget
  • Perform administrative duties such as mail distribution and storage, filing and updating records, among others, as needed
  • Manage office vendors, including cleaning, IT and security

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
