Receptionist

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87501

Pay Rate: $17.48/hour

Job Description:

Answering phones, Screen phone calls, administrating calls to the appropriate person.

• Arrange courier deliveries

Handling mail

• Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Place postage on mail for delivery

Maintaining the office

• Keep the reception area clean, safe, and organized
• Maintaining refreshments, coffee ect
• Check office supply inventory, order new supplies, and distribute supplies

Providing administrative support

• Answer questions from guests and employees
• Provide administrative support to team members
• Perform clerical tasks like faxing, photocopying, scanning
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
