Cullen and Dykman LLP is full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking a Full-Time Records Clerk with 2+ years of experience. This in-person position is based in our New York City office.

Job Description:

• Opening, arranging and maintaining files
• Replying to file requests
• Retrieving of files
• Coordinating off-site storage and ordering of records
• Data entry into records system
• Lifting of boxes

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in alpha-numeric files
• Experience in a professional environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Goal + detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate with all different levels of management in a professional manner.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
