Job Description
An Executive Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting and successfully delivering all levels of talent for our clients. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: researching, networking, sourcing, interviewing, checking references, negotiating and delivering candidates.
Qualifications:
- Successful track record meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Ability to conduct probing interviews and identify motivating factors and deal-breakers to remove margin for error on placements.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required with an emphasis on the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Must have strong computer skills with proficiencies in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (especially Word and Excel), internet search skills, and professional and social networking sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred.
