Job Description

The NM Group is looking for a full time recruiter to add to our human resources department. We are an expanding marketing company that is in search of our newest team member! Over the last few years, we have established ourselves as our clients go-to source for funding and have recently added a new name to our portfolio. We are looking to build a marketing team from scratch and need assistance. We will be hiring and training sales associates, event planners and marketing associates, and need help finding these candidates, quickly. This is a full time position, with paid training and unlimited grow potential.

Our Ideal Candidate Has Some Experience In

• Sales (either in person or via phone)
• Reading resumes
• Answering questions and addressing concerns via email and phone
• Self-motivation
• Multitasking
• Applicant tracking systems
• Managing/training other people

We will provide full training for the right candidate, but are looking for someone who does not need to be micromanaged. Our ideal candidate is looking to develop into a leadership role within the first six months. As we build new marketing teams, we will need to train new recruiters to over-see each project. All of our growth is done from within, so each department head starts in this entry level role.
