Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Communicate directly to companies and warehouses within our company. Must be familiar and have worked at a staffing agency before & Must be Bilingual Spanish, English 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Must Speak Spanish & English.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of employment labor law.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Experience with recruiting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Salesforce, Taleo).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research using various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Employee relations practices.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
