What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Recruiter at Mondo, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities. This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where you will:

• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement : Proactively identify and recruit top tech, IT, digital, and creative talent through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging our cutting-edge recruiting tools and resources.
• Relationship Building: Foster meaningful, ongoing relationships with candidates, ensuring a personalized and inclusive experience through consistent, clear communication.
• Execution & Urgency: Thrive in a high-volume environment where quick turnarounds, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are essential for success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary plus uncapped commission & bonus eligibility
