This is a remote position.

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling services. This 100% remote, full-time (40 hours/week) position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on clients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) with a focus on sustainable weight management.
  
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalized weight loss and lifestyle plans.
  
• Educate clients on evidence-based weight management strategies, behavior modification, and lifestyle changes.
  
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed to optimize client success.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  

Required Qualifications

• Registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) credential.
  
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
  
• Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient care, weight management, or lifestyle counseling.
  
• Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management principles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
  
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telehealth or virtual client care.
  
• Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields.
  
• Training in motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
