What You’ll Do:
- Provide medical nutrition therapy and education to patients.
- Collaborate with MDs, OTs, STs, Nursing & Nutrition Services teams.
- Be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments
Document weight, wound, renal, & tube-fed residents.
Conduct Quality Assurance audits & nutrition-focused physical assessments.
