Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our Service Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing repairs, refurbishments, and product complaint investigations (PCI) for infusion pump devices. You’ll also help identify root causes of device failures, support continuous improvement efforts, and may train new team members on service processes.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring device safety and performance, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality systems (cGMP). Proficiency with Oracle or similar device tracking systems is required to ensure complete and accurate documentation of all service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair, rework, refurbishment, or upgrades of infusion pumps
• Troubleshoot device returns and identify root cause of failures
• Conduct Level 0 & Level 1 PCI investigations
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Complaint Management teams
• Support yield improvement studies and engineering projects
• Train new team members on PCI and service procedures
• Maintain accurate records in Oracle-based systems
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and all Quality System Regulations
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or a related environment
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/device tracking systems
