Wisconsin Brew Pub General Manager

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Wisconsin Brew Pub General Manager. This outlet celebrates all things Wisconsin at the family-friendly eatery. Indulge in a modern twist on classic Wisconsin fare, such as our Cheese Curd Burger, Wisconsin Supper Club sandwich – or mac-and-cheese served four different ways. No meal is complete without one of our signature shakes!

The ideal candidate would possess a combination of leadership, guest services, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service/satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant's dining room and kitchen areas.

What We’re Looking For

• At least three years of Front-of-the-house leadership and or/ general management experience.
• Basic financial and P&L knowledge.
• High-Volume restaurant experience.
