A globally recognized European Heritage Luxury Brand is seeking a dynamic Sales Experience Manager to drive business growth, elevate client engagement, and lead a passionate team in its large, high-volume South Coast Plaza boutique. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and luxury client service at the highest level.
In This Role, You Will:
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships, creating unforgettable in-boutique experiences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed KPIs and drive sustained growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of leadership in luxury retail or hospitality; Watch and Jewelry experience a plus, luxury brand leadership experience a must
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong clienteling, networking, and relationship-building skills.
