The Role:

You’ll speak with highly engaged warm leads — people who’ve taken the first step toward change by raising their hand for guidance. Your job is to connect, qualify, and book them for a call with one of our top closers who will help take them to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 110–130+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
• Build instant rapport, qualify interest, and schedule high-converting appointments
• Follow up with past prospects and keep your pipeline hot
• Track everything in our CRM and stay on top of your numbers
• Operate with urgency, energy, and accountability

What You’ll Get:

• $28K base + uncapped commission
• OTE: $70K–$80K in Year 1, with a fast track to $150K+
