Our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) line of business is has recently partnered with a leading Oil & Gas provider to implement a strategic SAP S/4 HANA training initiative. We are seeking to hire multiple Contract Maintenance Planners & Schedulers who will help facilitate ongoing training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure end-users gain hands-on experience with the S/4 solution. This role will entail up to 100% travel to either one of the client’s Carlsbad, CA or Midland TX locations for the duration of this six-month project, which spans May 1 to October 31, 2025.
SAP Maintenance Planners will focus on work planning, resource allocation, and overall maintenance execution strategy, focusing primarily on work planning & preparation, integration & compliance, training & knowledge transfer.
SAP Maintenance Schedulers will focus on the execution of planned maintenance activities and ensuring operational continuity, such as scheduling & execution management, resource & workforce coordination, and reporting & performance monitoring.
Both Planners and Schedulers will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities, provide regular updates to business leadership on maintenance planning effectiveness and operational impacts and support SAP system enhancements and troubleshooting post-go-live to ensure optimal system utilization.
