Job Description
This role will be responsible for supporting the Phase 0 analysis for applications in R&D FinOps that integrate with SAP/SRM.
The SAP-SRM/ Ariba Technical Lead would be responsible for reviewing the design, development, and implementation of the overall architecture of an SAP-SRM and Ariba solution within R&D. They would ensure, the current design aligns with business needs by considering factors like scalability, security, integration with other systems, and the entire "source-to-pay" procurement process across sourcing, contracting, and purchasing functions within the SAP-SRM and ARIBA platform.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP-SRM and Ariba functionalities, including modules like Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Spend Analytics, and the underlying technical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SAP technical architecture, data models, and integration technologies like APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Understanding of Data and with knowledge or exposure of PL/SQL.
- Possess good Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP Ariba to match specific business processes and workflows, including user interface design and data mapping.
- Integration Management: Design and implement integration points between SAP Ariba and other systems like ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA), CRM, and other third-party applications.
Required Skills:
- SAP-SRM to S/4HANA migration experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the entire SAP-SRM and Ariba suite, including sourcing, contracting, procurement, supplier management, and spend analytics.
- Applications integration with non-ERP systems SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA, and Ariba-specific parameters, programs, and other functions
- SAP CIG add-on configuration (global settings, AN integration, and master data integration)
- Project Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of SAP-SRM and Ariba projects, including managing development teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Experience with at least one global rollout of SAP-SRM and/or Ariba that included the Americas, EMEA, and Asia
- SAP Ariba Integration Certification preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Understand the landscape of the applications in the R&D FinOps domain that have integrations with SRM and determine impact of the SRM replacement.
- Meet with Business stakeholders to understand current workflows and integrations with SAP/SRM.
- Create Visio workflow diagrams of the existing process, develop PowerPoint slides and present to appropriate audience.
