Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+, with potential for extension

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic team and drive collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As the Scrum Master, you will lead by example, guiding the team in adopting and maintaining Agile methodologies while ensuring timely delivery of project goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive environment for collaboration and learning.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others grow and excel. You will act as both a coach and a leader, encouraging team members to share their experiences and develop their skills. You will have a deep understanding of Scrum methodology and its core principles and will help guide the team through the Scrum process to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project management support, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
- Identify project risks and provide strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis and provide recommendations for improvements
- Track and document project specifications and requirements
- Support ongoing processes and provide continuous evaluation for improvement

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with team members
