Job Summary

This role provides operational support across logistics processes, with a primary focus on ocean and air freight with additional involvement in intermodal. The position is designed to serve as a backup resource, ensuring business continuity, accuracy, and efficiency in process execution. It functions as a supporting role to the team, particularly for key accounts, with an emphasis on agility, collaboration and reliability.

• Support and monitor air and ocean freight shipments: Serve as a backup to ensure continuity and accuracy in daily operations, including documentation and process flows.
• Assist with intermodal processes for key accounts: Coordinate and support intermodal shipments, ensuring smooth communication and execution across modes.
• Ensure quality in documentation and process accuracy: Maintain organized records, support data entry, and monitor workflow efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of logistics processes, Air and Ocean freight.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive and dependable, with a willingness to support team needs and expand knowledge across transportation modes.
