Position Summary:

Calbee America is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain Management to lead all aspects of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and global trade compliance across our U.S. snack food operations. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting our continued growth and customer satisfaction goals.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with company goals and drive operational excellence across our domestic and international networks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and lead a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support business growth and efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and cost control
• Direct global trade operations and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations
• Lead demand planning and inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and reduce waste
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team
• Champion sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Align closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support company-wide objectives
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision making

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10 years of supply chain experience, with 5+ years in leadership, ideally in food/snack manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, and procurement
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and navigate cross-functional environments
• Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Passion for sustainability and operational excellence
