Job Description
Position - Sr .Net Developer
Location - Columbia, SC ( Hybrid)
Duration - 6 months
Visa Preference - USC, GC's, H4 EAD's, L2 EAD's
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Technologies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being stored and processed.
- Work with offshore teams and coordinate development activities.
- Develop analysis diagrams such as use cases and flow diagrams, and create technical designs
- Provide production support, analyze, and identify root causes of issues, and propose solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
- Design and build technical solutions to support current and future business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers and offshore teams, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience understanding legacy code without technical documentation and ability to redesign and write it in modern technologies
- Strong knowledge in Azure services like DevOps, KV, APIM, App Insights.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
- Hands-on technical design, development, and review of solutions developed in .NET technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Versatile and highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
