Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio . We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5 .
We are looking for a Senior Environment Artist to build realistic, broadcast-quality football stadiums and supporting environments.
Experience:
- 3+ years developing games for console and/or PC, ideally sports or competitive multiplayer.
- At least 1 shipped high-quality football game or a similar sports game.
Responsibilities:
- Model and texture stadiums, field surfaces, crowd environments, and surrounding scenery.
- Work with lighting and VFX to achieve a dynamic match-day atmosphere.
- Optimize environments for console and PC.
- Collaborate with cinematics and gameplay teams on camera-driven scenes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of environment art experience.
- Deep UE5 environment building skills.
- Strong knowledge of sports stadium architecture and visual presentation.
- Experience optimizing large-scale scenes.
