Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

About the Role

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that enhance financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and align with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
• Analyze key business drivers, trends, and financial metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
• Partner with various departments to assess financial impact and drive efficiencies.
• Support ad hoc analysis, scenario planning, and investment evaluations.
• Assist in variance analysis by comparing actual results to forecasts and identifying key areas of improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with expertise in Excel.
• Experience working with financial planning tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
